President and Secretary are Ex-officio on all Sub-Committee Meetings. COMMITTEE AND ANNUAL GENERAL MEETINGS The annual general meeting is to be conducted on the first Saturday in November of each year. Committee meetings are to be held quarterly convened by the President after presentations on Saturday. MATCH COMMITTEE The Match Committee assists with all aspects of the Club including: Local Rules,General Rules referencing,Club room behaviour, Syllabus, All Competition management and marshalling, Handicapping, Tee-Times, Counting of all Competition monies, and Ordering and awarding of Competition Trophies and prizes.
