          COMMITTEE AND ANNUAL GENERAL 
            MEETINGS
            The annual general meeting is to be 
            conducted on the first Saturday in 
            December of each year. 
            
            Committee meetings are held on the 
            2nd Saturday of bi month, following 
            presentations on Saturday.
            
            MATCH COMMITTEE
            The Match Committee assists with all 
            aspects of the Club including: Local 
            Rules, General Rules referencing, Club 
            room behaviour, Syllabus, All 
            Competition management and 
            marshalling, Handicapping, Tee-Times, 
            Counting of all Competition monies, and
            Ordering and awarding of Competition 
            Trophies and prizes.
